Terms of Service
Introduction: These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cleaning Warehouse Uncanny Aut Facebook App, owned and operated by Cleaning Warehouse (“Cleaning Warehouse”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The App serves only as a communication bridge: it sends WhatsApp messages on behalf of Cleaning Warehouse to customers who have signed up for our My Family Rewards program. By using our website and opting into the Rewards program, you agree to these Terms and consent to receive WhatsApp messages from Cleaning Warehouse.If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the App or enroll in the Rewards program.
Eligibility: Use of this App and the Rewards program is limited to customers who meet the following requirements:

You must be enrolled in the My Family Rewards loyalty program with a valid WhatsApp-enabled phone number.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)whatsapp.com.

You must not have been previously removed from our communications or deactivated from the Rewards program.
Cleaning Warehouse reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse service to anyone who does not meet these criteria.
Message Content & Usage: Cleaning Warehouse uses this App to send WhatsApp messages for the following purposes:

Order confirmations and updates: Details about purchases, shipping status, and delivery information.

Promotional and marketing messages: Special offers, discounts, and product promotions.

Event announcements: Invitations or information about sales events and community activities.

Account notifications: Alerts regarding password changes, account status, or membership information.
These messages will come directly from Cleaning Warehouse and will contain only content related to our products and services. The App does not collect or generate content on its own; it merely delivers communications approved by Cleaning Warehouse. All messages use WhatsApp’s Business messaging templates and comply with applicable guidelines.
User Consent: You provide express consent to receive these WhatsApp communications by registering for the My Family Rewards program and providing your contact information. In other words, by providing your phone number and opting into the program, you explicitly agree to receive messages from Cleaning Warehouse via WhatsApp. WhatsApp policy requires us to message only those who have given us their number and opt-in. You may withdraw your consent at any time: simply reply “STOP” to any message or contact Cleaning Warehouse (see Contact Information) to unsubscribe. Once you opt out, we will cease sending further messages through this App.
Data & Privacy: The Cleaning Warehouse App itself does not collect, store, or sell any personal data. Your WhatsApp number and any other personal information are collected only as part of the Rewards program on our website, not by this App. We use your contact data solely to send the messages you consented to receive. Cleaning Warehouse handles your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As one example of our commitment, we do not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver WhatsApp messages or as mandated by law. Note that WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted – only you and Cleaning Warehouse can read the contents.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use the App or the WhatsApp messages for any improper purpose. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

Tampering with security: Attempting to disable, circumvent, or interfere with any security features of the App or WhatsApp.

Malicious content: Transmitting viruses, malware, spam, or other harmful code through the service.

Impersonation: Pretending to be Cleaning Warehouse, another person, or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.

Harassment or harm: Using the service to harass, threaten, or harm others in any way.

Illegal use: Engaging in any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activity (such as unauthorized marketing or data collection).
Violating these rules may result in termination of your access to the App. You must also comply with all applicable laws and WhatsApp’s own policies while using this service.
Disclaimer: Cleaning Warehouse provides the App “as is” and makes no warranties regarding WhatsApp or this service. We do not guarantee that WhatsApp will always work or that messages will be delivered without delay or error. Cleaning Warehouse is not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or delays with the WhatsApp platform. WhatsApp is a third-party service under Meta’s control; any outage, limitation, or defect in WhatsApp (including end-to-end encryption mechanisms) is beyond our control. The content of our messages is for informational purposes only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. You acknowledge that Cleaning Warehouse has no control over how your device or WhatsApp displays the messages, and we disclaim any liability for misunderstandings or user misinterpretation of content.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleaning Warehouse’s liability arising from the use of this App or the WhatsApp messages is strictly limited. Cleaning Warehouse and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill) resulting from the use of this service or WhatsApp communications. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid to use the App (if any). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or damages, so in those jurisdictions our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to the Terms: Cleaning Warehouse reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on our website or notify you via WhatsApp or email. Your continued use of the App after any such changes will indicate your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App and you may opt out of communications.
