How to clean cutting boards properly: 

Step 1: Remove any food residue: Use a spatula or scraper to remove any large food particles from the cutting board. Dispose of the debris in the trash or compost.

Step 2: Wash with hot, soapy water: Place the cutting board under running hot water. Apply a small amount of dish soap or a mild detergent directly onto the board. Use a scrub brush or sponge to scrub the entire surface, including the edges and corners.

Step 3: Rinse thoroughly: Rinse the cutting board with hot water.

Step 4: Sanitise and disinfect the cutting board with a detergent like Food San.
