How do I sign up for My Family Rewards?

If you already have an account, login here, go to the "My Family Rewards" tab in your dashboard, and turn it on.

If you're new, register here and then activate My Family Rewards from your dashboard.

You can also sign up in-store — just visit your nearest branch and our team will assist.

What do I need to join?

You’ll need your full name, email address, and mobile number.

How does My Family Rewards work?

There are three ways to earn:

My Rewards: Earn cashback on your monthly spend — up to 10% back.
Business Rewards: Spend over R10,000/month as a business and get wholesale rebates.
Community Rewards: Link to a school, club, or charity and they’ll receive 5% commission on your qualifying purchases.

How much can I earn back?

You earn more the more you spend each month:

R0–R999 → 1%
R1,000–R1,999 → 2%
R2,000–R2,999 → 3%
R3,000–R3,999 → 4%
R4,000–R4,999 → 5%
R5,000–R5,999 → 6%
R6,000–R6,999 → 7%
R7,000–R7,999 → 8%
R8,000–R8,999 → 9%
R9,000–R10,000+ → 10%

Do all products earn the same cashback?

No. Rewards are based on the product type:

Cleaning Warehouse products: full tier percentage
Other branded products: half the tier percentage
Paper products: quarter of the tier percentage

Example: Spend R999 → get 1% back on CW products, 0.5% on other brands, and 0.25% on paper goods.
